Realtor

As a member of the National Association of Realtors for over 25 years, I am ready to help and guide you to assure prompt and successful results. Whether you are buying, selling, relocating, investing or experiencing a hardship—Count on me to provide a professional, easy and stress free experience.

Business Strategy

Staying on top of the real estate market has always been an important business practice. I do so by attending meetings, continuing education, reading and listening to current market topics or trends. It is my responsibility to effectively communicate the information to my client. Knowing the real estate transaction has allowed me to encounter fewer problems with change and implementation. Knowledge has allowed me more innovation and creativity, experience less attrition and less resistance while gaining access to more information for better decision making.

Repeat Business

I am proud to say that sixty percent of my business comes from repeat clients either from repeat business or a referral. Thank you for your business. Thank you for your trust.

How I got to my Profession!

I was in grade school when I had my first sales experience, selling Girl Scout cookies. I remember being so excited at the time that when I got home I told my parents that I knew what I wanted to do, that sales was for me.

After High School, I left Texas to attend Western Kentucky University. There I met many wonderful people, and made livelong friends. But after two years I missed my family, my friends back home, and most of all Texas.

Soon after I enrolled at Texas Tech University. While at Texas Tech I held a full time job, and earned a degree in Business Administration.

After College, I accepted the position of manager for a 4-star restaurant. A couple of years later I was recruited to manage a local car rental agency for an international brand. These experiences taught me many valuable lessens—mostly; how to deal successfully with employees, professional responsibility, and the importance of customer service before and after the sale.

I decided to take on the challenge to strike out on my own. I found real estate, it was a perfect fit for me. The opportunity to help people and families sell or find their dream home, has to be among the most rewarding event in my life.

I have been a realtor since 1998. I get so much satisfaction and enjoyment connecting people with the right purchase or sale that I find it hard to call it a "Job." It is truly fulfilling work, and what is most rewarding is the wonderful people I have met and the friends I have made.
